Serena Maisto Art Shoes

During the quarantine, our artist Serena Maisto dedicated some of her newly found time, to remain in contact with those people who have always supported and followed her work. This was the beginning of the project Adidas Stan Smith by SERENAMAISTO®, in which the artist transformed her favourite model of shoes into brand new artworks, individually unique and accessible to all.

The Adidas Stan Smith model is named after the tennis player Stanley Roger Smith and was first sold to the public in 1971.

This project is undoubtedly a way of remembering the history of sports and fashion, but it is also a way to remember this particular period of quarantine, in which most of us have been able to dedicate more time to ourselves and different activities, just like Serena, who worked on new alternative projects which now let her expand fully in the art world.

*The shoes require the artist to work on the product once it has been bought which means that the shoes will be sent to you within 2 weeks of the order placement.

*Each piece is unique and will be numbered and sold with an Authenticity Certificate.

*It is not possible to return the shoes as they are unique and individual pieces. The client assumes the responsibility of choosing the correct shoe size. It is not possible to obtain an accurate preview of how the shoes will look like as they are unique pieces.

*All Adidas Stan Smith by SERENAMAISTO® are subject to normal wear and tear. It is not possible to put the shoes in a washing machine, nor is it possible to wash them with any special product.

*All products are priced excluding VAT. Swiss VAT can be paid at checkout but products shipped to countries outside of Switzerland will be subject to the customs taxes and VAT of the country of destination, to be paid upon reception.
